Rob was very helpful and sold me a Dodge Truck. My only experience with First Quality motors was with Rob from beginning to the end of sale. He handled all the paperwork and explained everything to me in great detail. The truck I bought was in very good condition and i am very happy with the sale and service I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and first Quality motors if you are looking for that rare honest car dealer. I was lucky to have found them.

I was looking for 2 cars. One for myself and one for a friend. Found Toyota Sienna van on Craigslist being advertised by First Quality Auto. Visited the dealership the next day and had the privilege of meeting Little Rob. He was very courteous and shared a great deal of information about the van. After test driving, there were a few minor issues ( cracked windshield, rear lock not working, and low tire pressure. No problem, they repaired everything and even replaced the front windshield. After such great service, I bought my 2nd car two days later (2012 Acura wagon) which is in perfect condition. I highly recommend this dealership for their honesty and great service. Thanks again.

I just wanted to add, it has been 2 years since I purchased my truck from First Quality Auto and have not had to do anything to it beside the normal oil changes, etc. I am still very happy with the truck and will return when I need another vehicle.

Brought a Kia sonata suv from this dealer ship and there service and Suv was outstanding brought this car with 160,000 miles and it now at 214,000 and still running like new. Little rob was a very good person to deal with and the staff was outstanding also.

Dealer kept their words during the contract negotiation. Lil Rob and his staff went extra miles to support me on my constant calls during his very busy schedule. Be more patient when you buy vehicles if you are out of state (I am from Northern VA). I had couple small SUV issues but these are solvable. Yes, I would come back to buy car from this dealer.

I purchased a 2016 Land Rover from Lil Rob!!! I could not be happier with the service I received. After leaving the dealership my check engine light came on. I called Rob and he told me to please come back. I did as instructed they checked it out and it was just the gas cap that wasn't on all the way. Hi I went to First Quality Auto on 01/8/2023 for the second time in my life after coming from another dealer in Thomasville which they didn’t help us out the way “Lil Rob” did after I explain him our situation he seems understandable and we went after the 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and we explain it everything and he said don’t worried I will put you in that mini van and he did, he was very busy but he help us out and with everybody else that was coming thru the door he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much “Lil Rod”because this my second mini van I have purchased from him and that was12 years ago. Thanks everyone at First Quality Auto for the great experience we had and especially thankful to Brent at the Service Department for hook my van with the parts need it. I really can't say enough good things about this dealership. I agree with other reviews, bought a Highlander for my daughter. Really a great experience!! actually enjoyable. (who would of thought that buying a used car!) I purchased a vehicle from First quality auto a couple of weeks ago, and I had such a wonderful experience.unlike other car dealers who try to pressure you. I drove 2 hours to buy a car from these guys after finding the vehicle I wanted at a much cheaper price than other dealers! These guys are straight up and honest! Lil Rob was the bomb! He was so helpful, kind and funny! He’s a man of his word! He held the car for me just as he promised, although there were others interested in the same vehicle . He really went above and beyond to help me get my new Buick. The owner Mark was also very friendly and personable.
